摘　　要：目的:研究盐酸林可霉素2种晶型晶体结构中不同分子构象对其拉曼光谱行为的影响。方法:单晶X射线衍射法,傅立叶变换拉曼光谱法。结果:盐酸林可霉素2种晶型由于分属不同晶系及空间群,它们在晶胞中的分子内,分子间氢键与分子构象不同,从而造成其拉曼光谱行为的显著差别。结论:可用傅立叶变换拉曼光谱法鉴别盐酸林可霉素2种晶型。Objective：To study the influences of different molecular conformations and hydrogen bond in the different lincomycin hydrochloride crystal structures on their behaviors of Fourier transform-Raman spectrum.Methods：Utilization of Fourier transformation – Raman spectroscopy for the analysis of two crystal forms of lincomycin hydrochloride.Results：because crystal form I and crystal formⅡ not only belong to different crystal systems and space groups,but also differences of two molecular conformations and hydrogen bonds of intra-and inter-molecular contribute,therefore significant different behaviors of their FT-Raman spectroscopy.Conclusions：The method can be used to identify the crystal formⅠ and crystal formⅡ of lincomycin hydrochloride.
