摘　　要：自2003年SARS爆发流行以来,经过近几年的不断建设,我国已经建立了比较完善的突发公共卫生事件应急体系,但是对于公共卫生体系重建后应急能力如何,还存在哪些问题以及薄弱环节缺乏准确、系统的认识,因此,迫切需要对其进行全面的评价。该文就公共卫生体系重建后应急能力评价重要性与可行性进行初步探讨。After the outbreak of SARS in 2003,China has constructed a relatively complete Public Health Emergency Response system.However,we lack systematic and accurate understanding about the capability and drawbacks of Public Health system.Therefore,it is imperative to evaluate the public health system comprehensively.This article will discuss the importance and feasibility of public health system evaluation after the reconstruction of public health system.
