双醋瑞因联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗膝骨关节炎30例临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨双醋瑞因联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗膝骨关节炎（OA）的有效性与安全性。方法选取膝OA患者120例，随机分为单用双醋瑞因组（A组）、双醋瑞因联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖组（8组）、双氯芬酸联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖组（C组）、单用双氯芬酸组（D组），分别于用药12周后观察4组治疗前、后临床疗效和综合疗效评分，并收集各组试验过程中发生的所有临床不良事件。结果4组治疗12周后的平地行走疼痛VAS评分及关节压痛度评分均较治疗前降低（均P〈0．05）；其中B组平地行走疼痛VAS评分及关节压痛度VAS评分的变化和其它3组的差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。患者和医生对双醋瑞因总体评价均良好；4组患者不良反应发生率的差异均无统计学意义（均P〉0．05）。结论双醋瑞因联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗膝OA是一种有效、安全的治疗方案。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the combination treatment of diacerein and glucosamine sulfate in osteoarthritis. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with osteoarthritis of knee were enrolled in the study. According to the therapy protocols patients were randomly divided into 4 groups： in group A patients received diacerein, in group B the combination of diacerein and glucosamine sulfate, in group C the combination of dicIofenac and glucosamine sulfate and in group D dicIofenac; the duration of medication was for 12 weeks in all groups. Results In all groups, the joint pain and pain on walking for 20 meters （visual analog scale, VAS） were significantly improved; the regimen for group B was more effective than those for groups A, C and D. No severe adverse events were observed. Conclusion Diacerein combined with glucosamine sulfate provides an effective and safe approach for treatment of osteoarthritis.
