摘  要:利用水力学相似原理,采用模型实验的方法对安装于三峡电站的超声流量计进行准确度的评估。按照三峡电站的引水钢管结构以1:24.8的比例设计并加工了500mm口径的流道系统模型和模型流量计。通过对2组模型实验的结果及不确定度分析,发现由于流道形状特殊对流量计处流场产生影响,使得流量计会产生约0.3%的正向偏差,但流量计准确度水平仍能优于±1%,满足电站进行水轮机效率测量的要求。The accuracy of ultrasonic flowmeters installed at Three Gorges power station was estimated by the model experiment method with hydraulic similarity principle. A model pipe system and a model meter with 500 mm diameter are designed and machined according to structure of diversion pipe at Three Gorges power station. Through the analysis of the results and uncertainties of 2 groups model experiment, it' s found about positive 0.3% error of flowmeter owe to that the special shape of the pipe affected the flow field at flowmeter. The accuracy of flowmeter is better than ± 1% that can meet the requirements of the power station, and could be used to test the efficiency of the water turbine.
