自动容量比较法卧式金属罐容量现场检测研究

摘　　要：基于容量比较法和自动控制原理，研究了现场检测卧式金属罐容量的方法，建立了一套容量比较法检测系统，提出了检测过程的模糊控制与数据处理算法。使用柴油为检定介质对D=2．5m卧式罐进行检测，其不确定度为：液位危≥0．30D，Urel≤0．41％（k=2）；液位h≥0．42D，Urel≤0．30％（k=2）。The method for calibrating the horizontal cylindrical tank is studied based on the volumetric comparison method and automatic measurement and control theory. A novel set of verification system with volumetric comparison method is developed and the fuzzy control and data processing algorithm is proposed. A horizontal tank of diameter equal to 2.5 m is tested using diesel - fuel as calibration liquid . The uncertainty of its calibration table is Urel≤ 0.41% （ k = 2） at h≥0.30D, Urel≤ 0.30% （k=2） at h≥0.42D.
