摘　　要：研制了一套基于标准表法的卧式罐容量自动校准系统。系统集成了工业自动控制以及数据采集技术。利用计算机控制工作流程，实时采集温度、压力、流量和液位信号，并生成容积表，实现了卧式罐容量的自动校准。分析了容量自动校准系统的不确定度。A set of volume auto calibration system of horizontal tank based on standard meter method is developed. The industrial control automation technology and data acquisition technology are integrated in the system. A computing system is used to control workflow, real-time collection of temperature, pressure, flow and liquid level signal, and generates the volume table. The horizontal tank capacity of the automatic calibration is achieved. Finally, the system of measurement uncertainty evaluation is analyzed.
