摘  要:标样是钢丝绳电磁探伤方法评估中的关键部分,其配置是否合理直接关系到评估的有效性和可靠性。ASTME1571推荐使用钢丝束标样替代钢丝绳标样,但是该标准只给出了一般性的规定,对于钢丝在钢丝束中如何配置缺乏具体的描述。基于有限元方法建立钢丝束的电磁探伤模型,研究截面变化对平行钢丝束标样电磁检测特性的影响。首先改变钢丝在钢丝束中的分布,分析钢丝分布对磁场的影响;其次改变钢管壁厚,分析壁厚变化对磁场的影响。研究表明,钢丝分布和钢管的壁厚变化对钢丝束的磁场均会产生影响,在选择和配置钢丝束标样时需要考虑钢丝分布和钢管壁厚变化。Reference standard is very important to the performance evaluation of wire rope electromagnetic testing (EMT) method. ASTM E1571 calls for a rod bundle as a substitute of wire rope reference standard, but it just introduces some general rules, did not deal with more vital details. A 3-D finite element model (FEM) was made to analyse the influence of change of cross-section on main magnetic flux of rod bundle. Firstly, the position of rods was changed to simulate the variety of distribution of rods, and the main magnetic flux were analysed with the FEM ; secondly, the wall thickness of the pipe was changed to simulate different thickness of pipe that was used in different evaluating practice, and the main magnetic flux were also analysed with the FEM; at the last, an analysis was made to explained the results. Research indicated that the distribution of rods and the wall thickness affect on the main magnetic flux significantly in the instance of the same cross-sectional area. Therefore, the reference standard with unified distribution of rods and wall thickness should be considered when evaluating the performance of wire rope NDT instrument.
