摘　　要：针对现有渔船气象预报接收设备的缺陷及气象预报要及时、准确的要求,提出了一种基于GPRS技术的气象预报接收设备的方案。研究了船用气象信息接收设备的关键技术GPRS技术的网络结构和协议等,提出了基于客户端/服务器结构的系统的设计方案。重点讨论了用软件仿真实现该系统的方案,并在Delphi可视化开发环境上编程实现。Aiming directly at the fishing-boat weather report machines＇ shortcoming and timely exact request for weather report,this paper presents a weather report machines＇ program which bases on GPRS.This paper mainly researches the key technology of atmosphere information equipment-GPRS.Introducing it＇s network configuration and agreements.And present a design project based on client and service.It discusses the realization of software,and programming in the Delphi visible developing environment.
