摘  要:对引进型600MW四角切向燃烧锅炉进行了冷态模化试验,首次系统地研究了屏区气流流动特性及改变分隔屏结构布置对水平烟道气流速度场偏差的影响。试验结果表明,采用对称不等间距的分隔屏结构布置可进一步地削弱炉膛出口的残余旋转,减小水平烟道气流速度的不均匀性,可供新锅炉设计时参考。A cold state modeling test was performed of an imported tangentially fired 600 MW boiler. Systematically researched for the first time were the flow pattern in a superheater platen zone and the effect of the front platen superheater on the gas velocity field deviation in a horizontal flue gas duct. The test results show that the use of a front platen superheater with a symmetric layout and an uneven spacing can further weaken the residual swirl at the furnace outlet and decrease the non uniformity of gas flow velocity in the horizontal gas duct. The conclusion reached in this paper can serve as reference data during the design of new boilers.
