摘　　要：句法语义资源是当前语言资源建设的热点。命题（propositon）是一个句子要表达的主要信息，这是命题库建设的重要原因。PropBank是为PennTreebank添加了论元角色的命题库。本文主要介绍和分析PropBank的两个组成部分：论元角色标注集（主要是词汇语义资源FrmeFile）和标注语料库，并简要介绍了中文命题库的建设现状。最后有一个总结和展望，展望中提到了一个更有表达力的基于特征结构表示的汉语语义关系资源。In recent years, sentence semantic resource is at the focal point of the most semantic resources. The proposition of a sentence carries the most semantic information of a sentence. For this, proposition annotation is at the central point of the most semantic annotation. The Proposition Bank is a semantic resource which adds semantic roles to the syntactic nodes of the Penn Treebank. This paper introduces and reviews the two parts of the Proposition Bank： se- mantic role set, especially the predicates＇ Framefiles and the annotation corpora of proposition and briefly introduces the Chinese proposition bank. Finally the paper makes a summarize of the proposition bank,and mentions a Chinese semantic relation resource based on attribute structure represantion, which gives powerfully represantion of the semantic relation.
