摘 要:运用热分析仪器研究固体热分解特性和反应动力学是目前较为流行的方法。作者在自制的加压热重分析仪上,在大量的试验数据的基础上,运用Sestak 和Berggren[1] 研究得到的通式:f(a)= an (1- a)m [- ln(1-a)]k ,对实验数据进行多元非线性回归,得出了加压下煤热解动力学反应机理方程,以及平均活化能E和指前因子K0 。并利用F(a)=∫a0da/f(a)求得F(a),通过log(F(a))与 1Ta图象关系的线性度验证了f(a)的正确性。At present, thermal analysis apparatus is used in studying the properties and kinetics of the solid pyrolysis extensively. Basing on a large of experimental figures and applying a formula obtained by Sestak and Berggren [1] : f(α)=α n(1-α) m [-ln (1-α) k, this paper, by means of pressurized thermogravimetric analyzer designed and produced by ourselves, processes the experimental data utilizing the method of nonlinear simulation in several elements, then acquires a reactionary mechanical equation of pressurized coal pyrolysis kinetics, and means the activation energy E or factor ahead of exponential Ko . In the meantime, this paper obtains F(α) from equation F(α) =∫ α 0 d α/f(α) , and checks the correctness for expression of f(α) by means of linearity of diagram relation for log F(α) versus 1 Tα . Figs 5, table 2 and refs 5.
