摘　　要：在对国内外有关知识产权评估进行调研的基础上,通过对知识产权界的学者和专家的多次咨询,提出了我国区域知识产权业绩评价指标体系的设计原则,并构建了评价指标体系,且详细解释了各项指标。最后,采用AHP和专家咨询法,给出了各项指标的权重。The article advances some basic principles of designing the index system for the evaluation of regional intellectual property right performances,and brings forward the index system and explanations on the basis of research on the assessments of intellectual property right at home and abroad,as well as on the basis of consulting scholars and experts about intellectual property right.Finally,the paper brings forward the weight of each index by using AHP and consulting experts.
