摘　　要：环境问题目前已成为一个全球性的问题,发展低碳经济刻不容缓。低碳地产是低碳经济对房地产业的具体要求,低碳地产主要体现在其提供的建筑产品上,主要表现为绿色建筑。主要分析了低碳经济与低碳地产、绿色建筑的关系,论述了低碳地产、绿色建筑在我国的发展,并且对低碳地产、绿色建筑在我国的进一步发展进行了有益的探讨。Nowadays environmental problem is a global issue and developing low-carbon economy has become an urgent task for each country.The specific requirement for the real-estate industry is its transition to low-carbon estate,which is mainly characterized by the construction products such as the green buildings.This paper tries to analyze the relations between the low-carbon economy on one hand and low-carbon estate and green buildings on the other hand.It also gives a useful discussion on the current and future development of the low-carbon estate and green building industry in our country.
