摘　　要：专利与技术标准关系密切,有区别,更有联系。专利与技术标准的融合,是国家、企业所追求的目标。着重论述了专利与技术标准的概念、作用、区别和联系以及将专利上升为技术标准的途径及战略选择。Patent and technical standards have some connections as well as differentiation.Fusion of patent and technical standards is the objective pursued by both state and enterprises.This thesis presents the definition,the functions and the relation of patent and technical standards.In addition,it introduces the way to promote patent to technical standards.
