摘  要:科研绩效的评价一直是一个比较复杂的问题,也是人们长期关注和研究的问题。人文社会科学科研绩效的评价相对于自然科学又更具有其特殊性,这是由于人文社科的学科特点以及研究成果的特点所决定的。聚类分析法是科研绩效评价的方法之一,用灰关联度分析的方法对一个连续时间段内的科技统计指标进行分析,研究其在一个时间段内的科技发展趋势,具有相对的合理性和可行性,如果与其他评价方法结合使用,可以更好地反映和评价人文社科科研绩效的真实情况。College teachers' research performance assessment of humanities and social sciences is a matter of great complexity and has always been the focus of wide concern.Due to the special features of this discipline and its research results,performance assessment of humanities and social sciences has its own characteristics,as compared with that of natural science clustering analysis method,one of the effective methods to research performance assessment,has displayed great rationality and feasibility in its use to analyze the statistical indexes of science and technology within a continuous time segment via gray relevancy method,and therefore discoverd the trend of scientific and technological development within this time segment.If combined with other assessment methods,the application of the gray relevancy method can better reflect and assess the real research performance in the discipline of humanities and social science.
