摘 要:针对各级高加单独给水旁路、高加大旁路、各级高加旁路泄漏、高加大旁路泄漏等异常运行方式,利用系统变热量等效焓降的应用法则,分别建立了形式统一的等效焓降变化和吸热量变化的计算模型以及异常运行方式的效率变化定量分析模型。特别针对中间级高压加热器旁路后,由于疏水的影响而产生等效焓降的变化进行了详细分析,并通过算例验证,与热力学正反平衡计算方法具有一致性。该结论对电厂节能工作具有指导意义。In view of some abnormal operation modes,such as each level alone feedwater bypass,large feedwater bypass,each level alone feedwater bypass leakage,large feedwater bypass leakage in High-Pressure(HP) Heaters,the calculation models with the same formation of changes in equivalent enthalpy drop and absorption of heat and the quantitative analysis model of efficiency changes of abnormal operation modes,were respectively established based on the application law of system variable heat equivalent enthalpy drop.The Calculation models with the same formation of changes in equivalent enthalpy drop and absorption of heat and the quantitative analysis model of efficiency changes of abnormal operation modes are established,respectively.Particularly,some detailed analysis and proof of changes in equivalent enthalpy drop influenced by hydrophobic were made in the case when the middle HP heaters are bypassed.The consistency between this calculation and thermodynamic calculation of positive and negative balance was verified through a given example.These results suggest that the contributions in this paper are significant for reducing energy consumption in power plant.
