摘 要:1000 kV晋东南—南阳—荆门交流特高压试验示范工程是世界上第一个以额定电压长期运行的特高压工程。为了实现在线监测该特高压线路的覆冰情况,进行了该线路走向及沿线地形气候特征的调查,总结了目前覆冰在线监测技术的研究现状,阐述了输电线路覆冰力学、气象数据监测单元和图像/视频监控单元两种覆冰监测技术的工作原理,重点分析了覆冰监测单元和图像/视频监控单元在该特高压线路中的应用。实际应用结果表明,覆冰在线监测技术有效地监测了线路的覆冰情况。指出覆冰在线监测技术对保证特高压输电线路的安全运行以及促进国家智能电网计划的开展具有十分重要的意义。The 1 000 kV alternating current(AC) ultra-high voltage(UHV) test and demonstration project from Southeast Shanxi via Nanyang to Jingmen is the first long-running UHV project at the rated voltage in the world.In order to achieve the icing on-line monitoring on this 1 000 kV UHV transmission lines,the alignments,topography and climatic characteristics along the project lines were investigated,and the status of current studies on the icing on-line monitoring technologies was summarized.The working principles of two icing monitoring techniques,the icing monitoring unit with mechanical and meteorological data and the image/video monitoring unit,were elaborated.The applications of the icing monitoring unit and the image/video monitoring unit in the UHV transmission lines were analyzed with emphasis.The practical application results showed that the icing on-line monitoring technology effectively monitored the icing on the lines.It was indicated that the icing monitoring technology was of great significance for ensuring the safe operation of the UHV transmission lines and promoting the development of the smart grid plan in our country.
