摘 要:就粉末活性炭和大孔树脂对苯酐酸水的脱色效果进行了研究。首先考察了活性炭种类、脱色时间、活性炭用量等因素对脱色效果的影响,结果表明在优化后的条件下其对苯酐酸水的脱色率仍难以达到90%。此后通过试验筛选了4种脱色用大孔树脂,发现SXD-11树脂具有较好的脱色效果。在实验条件下,流出液体积为5 BV时的酸水脱色率在95%以上,10 BV时的脱色率>85%。针对工业应用,最后在活性炭脱色基础上构建了与树脂脱色相联合的分步脱色法。该分步脱色法不仅保证了流出液体积20 BV时总的脱色率保持在91%以上,还提高了树脂单批处理量和使用寿命,降低了脱色成本。The decolorization efficiencies of powder actived carbons and macroporous resins have been studied on the treatment of phthalic anhydride wastewater.The influences of different kinds of powder active carbons,treatment time and the feeding amount of powder actived carbons have been investigated.But the decolorization rate of actived carbons is hardly to reach 90%.And a proper absorption resin SXD-11 is find by tests from 4 kinds of resin.The de-colorization rate of SXD-11 resin is up to 95%(the volume of effluent 5 BV) and 85%(the volume of effluent 10 BV).Based on the works an new method of decolorization with two steps has been found.The decolorization rate can be keep at 91% while the volume of wastewater to be treat is 20 BV.The method can increase the processing capacity of resin and its service life,reduce the the total cost of phthalic anhydride wastewater treatment.
