摘 要:采用厌氧内循环工艺(IC工艺)对废纸造纸废水处理工程进行改造,并研究了其1年内的工程运行情况。结果表明:IC工艺能较好适应进水水质水量的波动,处理效果好且运行稳定,COD去除率达到80%,沼气产气率约为0.38 m3/kg。所产沼气发电量约为8 000 kW.h/d,实现了整个废水处理系统的收支平衡。进水Ca2+浓度严重超标,IC系统运行10个月后出现了污泥钙化问题。Internal circulating anaerobic reactor(IC process) has been used for improving the wastewater treatment of regenerated papermaking mills,and the one-year running status of the process has been studied.The results show that IC process could adapt to the fluctuation of influent quality and quantity better,and both of the treatment effect and stability were good.Its removal rate of COD in the anaerobic system was as up to 80%,and the marsh gas pro-ducing rate was about 0.38 m3/kg.Therefore,the electric energy generated from the marsh gas was 8 000 kW·h/d,and the balance of income and expenditures in the whole wastewater treatment system has been realized.The influent Ca2+ concentration has exceeded the quota seriously,and as a result,calcification of the granular sludge in IC system occurred,10 months after the running of the IC system.
