蚕沙对新西兰兔生产性能、屠宰性能及脏体比值的影响

摘　　要：本试验旨在研究蚕沙作为新西兰兔饲料的可行性及其适宜添加水平。试验选用35日龄断奶新西兰兔120只,随机分为5个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复4只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别饲喂添加含6%、12%、18%和24%蚕沙的日粮。试验期60d,结果表明:日粮中添加不同水平蚕沙对日增重影响不显著(P>0.05),对肉兔料重比影响显著(P<0.05),随着蚕沙添加水平的增加有增大趋势,其中12%组经济效益最高;不同水平蚕沙对肉兔全净膛重和屠宰率影响不显著(P>0.05),但是6%蚕沙组的全净膛重及屠宰率均高于其他组;不同水平蚕沙对前腿/体、腰/体、后腿/体、肺/体和肾/体比值影响均不显著(P>0.05),而对心/体和肝/体比值影响显著(P<0.05)。这表明,在断奶新西兰兔日粮中可以加入6%～24%的蚕沙,以加入12%为佳。A feeding trial was conducted to study the feasibility and appropriate content of silkworm feces in meat New Zealand rabbits diet.120 35-day old White New Zealand weaned rabbits,60 males and 60 females ,were randomly assigned to 5 groups with 6 replicates per group.The control group was fed basal diet,while the treatment groups were fed diets added 6 %, 12 %, 18 % and 24 % silkworm feces, respectively.The results showed as follows： Different dietary silkworm feces levels didn＇t significantly affect average daily gain （P 〉 0.05）,but significantly affected feed conversion ratio （P 〈 0.05）, 12 % added group was the most cost-effective; Chilled carcass weight and dressing percentage significantly affected by different dietary silkworm feces levels （P 〉 0.05） ,and 6 % added groups were both higher than others; Different dietary silkworm feces levels did not significantly affect the ratio of pro-legs,lapara,hind legs,lungs,renal to weight （P 〉 0.05）, nevertheless these significantly affected the ratio of cardiac and liver to weight （P 〈 0.05 ）.In conclusion,6 % - 24 % silkworm feces levels could be used in diets of growing meat New Zealand rabbits, and the appropriate supplementation level was 12 %.
