摘  要:针对千米深井高地应力大断面煤巷支护这一技术难题,通过分析邢东矿2号煤层巷道地质条件和原锚(锚杆+锚索)梁网联合支护存在的问题和导致围岩破坏的主导因素,提出了以新型高预应力桁架锚索支护顶板和锚索-槽钢桁架支护巷帮的联合控制巷道围岩稳定性的多维主动控制思路。在邢东矿2223工作面运输巷进行的现场实践表明,多维主动控制技术有效改善了围岩自身的力学性能,提高了围岩自身的承载能力和抗变形能力,巷道支护效果明显好转,工作面回采期间巷道维护工作量明显减少。According to the technical problem of the seam gateway support with high ground stress and large cross section in kilometer deep mine shaft,with the analysis on the geological conditions of the gateway in No.2 seam of Xingdong Mine,the problems existed in the combined support of the bolt + anchor,beam and steel mesh and the main factors to cause the failure of the surrounding rock,the paper provided the multi dimension active control idea to control the stability of the gateway surrounding rock with the new high pre-stressed truss and anchor to support the roof and with the anchor-U-steel truss to support the gateway sidewall.The site practices of the trans-portation gateway in the No.2223 coal mining face of Xingdong Mine showed that the multi dimension active control technology could be effective to improve the mechanics performances of the surrounding rock and to increase the loading capacity and anti deformation capacity of the surrounding rock.The gateway support effect could be obviously improved,the maintenance working quantity of the gateway during the mining period of the coal mining face would be obviously reduced.
