摘 要:为了解决煤矿水仓清理的技术难题,研制了一种清挖输送机。该机采用防粘料无轴螺旋清挖、可调清挖幅度摆动螺旋、防泄漏抛物上料刮板输送、低阻拦并列链轮传动和高压柱塞泵逻辑型全液压控制等技术,并集成于一个行走底盘上,可进行水仓清挖、上料和远距管道泵送工作联合作业,从而实现了煤矿水仓清理和输送的机械化。经过工业试验证明,该清挖输送机具有清理残留少、无二次污染的特点,并能够通过管道将淤积物直接送出水仓。In order to solve the technical problems of the water sump in the underground mine,a cleaning and excavating conveyor was researched and developed.The cleaning and excavating conveyor with the adherence proof and no shaft spiral cleaning and excavating,the adjusted cleaning and excavating range swing spiral,the leakage proof parabolic feeding and scraper conveying,the low preventing connected sprocket wheel driving,high pressure piston pump logic full hydraulic control and other technology was integrated on the walking chassis frame and could make the combined operation of the water sump cleaning and excavating,feeding and long distance pipeline pumping in order to have a mechanization of the water sump cleaning and conveying.The industrial trial showed that the cleaning and excavating conveyor would have a less residual cleaning and no second pollution features and could directly send the sediments out off the water sump with the pipeline.
