摘  要:通过静态浸泡试验和动态推移千斤顶模拟试验,分别对目前在神东矿区井下液压支护设备中使用的3种水基液压液(浓缩液、乳化油和微乳液)与该类设备中密封材料的相容性进行了考察。静态浸泡试验结果表明:所选3种水基液压液与密封材料间的相容性能相当。在动态推移千斤顶模拟试验中,通过观测各组推移千斤顶往复运行规定次数后的保压过程中的压降情况和拆卸后推移千斤顶内密封材料的磨损情况,来判断该试验条件下3种水基液压液与千斤顶中密封材料的相容性。动态模拟试验结果表明,浓缩液和微乳液与密封材料的相容性能优于乳化油。The static immersing experiment and the dynamic simulation experiment of the pushing ram was applied to investigate the compatibility between the seal material in the equipment and the three water base hydraulic liquids(concentrated liquid,emulsion oil and micro emulsion liquid) applied in the hydraulic powered support equipment in Shendong Mining Area.The static immersing experiment results showed that the compatible performance between the three water base hydraulic liquids selected and the seal materials could be quite well.In the dynamic simulation experiment of the pushing ram,the observations on the pressure decreasing condition during the pressure retaining process after the stipulated reciprocating operations of each group pushing rams and the wear conditions of the seal material in the pushing ram could be applied to judge the compatible performance between the three hydraulic liquids and the seal material in the ram.The dynamic simulation results showed that the compatibility between the concentration liquid or the micro emulsion and the seal material would be better than the emulsion oil.
