摘　　要：地区收入差距研究中,地区层次的划分方法大致有四种,基于第一、二层次的地区划分,对于深入理解个别年份和个别省份的收入差距富有意义;基于第三、四层次的地区划分,则能较好地满足从时间趋势角度对地区差距进行研究的需要。近30年来我国地区收入差距的变动趋势表现为:在经济发展过程中不断扩大,在体制改革进程中呈现阶梯形上升。农村地区收入差距大于城镇地区收入差距,且波动更为明显,城乡地区收入差距是总体地区收入差距扩大的主要原因。我国目前地区收入差距的扩大,是涉及改革与发展内容的多种因素交织作用的结果,差距程度未来还有进一步上升的可能。为此,政府需要采取有力政策措施予以应对。Retrospecting the research,we find that as far as regional scope is concerned there are 4 kinds of classified methods.It is meaningful for us to understand the income gap of several years and provinces when we focus on the first or second kind of classified method.But if we hope to do some study on the regional disparity from the view of time trend,it is very important to accept the third or fourth classified method.We argue that the regional distance during China＇s economic transition is widening during the economic development and shows the variation characters of ladder in the process of system reform.The degree of disparity in rural areas is larger than that in urban areas and shows more variation characters.The rural-urban regional income distance is the first important reason for the whole regional inequality.Now the regional distance is large and is likely to widen in the near future.The government should take effective actions to reduce the income gap.
