摘　　要：本文主要通过分析2000年至2009年上海的发明专利申请量和授权量的现状,并从发明专利的技术部类比较分析了上海发明专利的创新能力。由于专利可以通过PCT途径申请及发明人可以同时获得发明专利的授权,所以本文又专门针对上海PCT发明专利的申请情况进行分析和研究,并分析企业的应用能力及找出其缺口。在总结研究的基础上,我们就进一步发展上海发明专利和培育发明创造方面提出相应的建议。This report mainly analyzes the status of invention patent filing and its granting in Shanghai region from year 2000 to 2009,and the ability of creativity in Shanghai region based on aforementioned statistic classified by technical field.This report also targets the status of the number of Shanghai PCT,via which channel a patent may be applied.Further,the report takes enterprise's ability in patent filing and its imperfection into consideration.Based on above analysis,the author proposes some suggestion regarding how to develop and promote Shanghai's ability of creativity.
