摘　　要：文章对知识存取内涵、方式和政策设计与选择等方面进行了阐述。建议我国根据不同的需要,对知识采取分类存取,从而通过多种存取方式之间的相互补充与相互调和促进社会知识创新,规避"被商业化出版物"和"被职称化杂志"等问题。The paper expounds the connotation, the mode, the design and selection of policy of knowledge storage and output. It is advised that knowledge should be classified to store and output according to different demands. So the complementation and coordination in multiple modes of knowledge storage and output could promote social knowledge in- novation and avert some problems such as ＂commercialized publication＂ and ＂positional titled magazine＂.
