摘　　要：文章总结了当前国内外高校教学参考信息的现状,在此基础上,梳理教参信息建设、发展的特点和存在的问题及难点,认为教学参考信息建设应当与学校特色学科紧密结合,与图书馆传统服务紧密结合,并引入新的理念和技术改善服务与应用。This paper concludes the current development of electronic reserves system at home and abroad. Then the paper sorts out the main problems and difficulties in construction of ERS. It is believed that the development of electronic reserves system should connect with the special subjects and traditional services of libraries and some new idea and information technologies should be introduced.
