摘 要:为求得冷却塔水循环系统循环水量最少及结构简单的水网络,建立了循环水量最少和流股数最少的多目标优化模型,并在模型中引入了流量柔性常数,以增加循环水网络的设计柔性。本文采用分步优化的策略,将多目标优化问题转化为序贯的单目标优化问题。应用本文所提出的方法对文献的实例进行了优化计算,得到了比文献结果更简单的水网络。此外,通过调节流量柔性常数,能进一步优化水网络结构。A multi-object optimization mathematics model of minimizing the cycle water and the number of water streams is established to seek for the structure of water network which have both the lest cooling water and the lest number of water streams of the whole cycle system.A flexible constant is intrduced to this model to increase the design flexibility of the recycled water network.The multi-objective optimization problem is transformed into a sequential single-object optimization problem for the recycled water network through step optimization in this paper.The optimized recycled water network needs less recycled water and has less number of water streams which is more economical based on the examples.In addition,the water network could be further optimised by adjusting the flexible constant.
