摘 要:汽油的调和方案是提高炼油厂经济效益的关键因素。通过现有汽油调和优化模型的分析,本文结合汽油辛烷值的预测模型IDPE模型,提出了1种以调和成本和辛烷值过剩最少为目标、将经验知识也作为约束条件的多目标优化汽油调和优化模型,该模型可应用于不同标号的汽油产品的调和。根据模型的非线性特征,采用遗传算法进行求解,最后,通过某炼油厂的1个应用实例验证了上述成品油调和优化模型及其求解方法的有效性,为炼油厂减少企业成本、保证产品合格率提供了新途径。The scheme for gasoline blending is a key factor to improve the economic benefits of refinery.By analyzing present gasoline blending Optimization models,combined with the octane number forecasting model(IDPE model),a multi-objective optimization model which is required to meet minimizing the cost of gasoline blending and octane number surplus is proposed,and its constraint condition contain experiential knowledge.This model can be used to blend different number gasoline products.Genetic algorithm is selected to solve the problem according to the nonlinear characteristics of the blending optimization model.Finally,the validity of blending optimization model and method are verified by the application of a refinery.It opens up a new way for refinery reducing cost and assurance product quality.
