摘 要:目的:通过追踪观察模型小鼠肝损伤程度,筛选四氯化碳(CC l4)致昆明种小鼠急性肝损伤模型的最佳剂量。方法:采用随机对照分组的方法,对各模型组的昆明种小鼠给予不同剂量的CC l4,进行腹腔注射,检测血清ALT、AST水平,并观察肝组织病理变化。结果:与正常组相比,CC l4高浓度组(0.3%)和中浓度组(0.2%)显著升高血清中ALT和AST的活力(P<0.05)。结论:0.2%10m l/kg为CC l4致昆明种小鼠急性肝损伤模型较好的剂量。Objective:The purpose of this study was to optimize carbon tetrachloride-induced hepatotoxicity model in Kunming mice with respect to dose.Methods:Different dosages of carbon tetrachloride were given to Kunming mice by abdominal injection.Serum ALT,AST were analyzed.Moreover,the morphological change of mice liver tissue were observed by routine pathology technique(HE) after administration CCl4.Results:Compared with the control group,the levels of serum ALT and AST in 0.3% and 0.2% groups increased significantly(p0.05).Conclusion:0.2% 10ml/kg was the best dose of carbon tetrachloride-induced hepatotoxicity model in Kunming mice.
