摘　　要：目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定血脂康胶囊中洛伐他汀含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Dionex-C18,流动相为甲醇-水(75:25),流速为1mL·min-1,柱温为22℃,检测波长为236nm,进样量为10μL;样品以75%乙醇超声提取10min后进样测定,以峰面积外标法进行定量计算。结果:洛伐他汀检测浓度线性范围为0.01183～0.4732mg·mL-1(r=0.9999),方法平均回收率为99.2%,RSD=1.8%(n=6)。结论:本方法简单、快速、准确,适用于测定血脂康胶囊中洛伐他汀的含量。OBJECTIVE： To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of lovastatin in Xuezhikang capsule. METHODS： A Dionex-C18 column was used with mobile phase consisted of methanol-water （75：25） at flow rate of 1 mL·min^-1. The detective wavelength was set at 236 nm. The column temperature was set at 22 ℃ and injection volume was 10 μL. The samples were extracted with 75% ethanol under ultrasonic condition for 10 min. External standard method was used. RESULTS： The linear range of lovastatin was 0.011 83-0.473 2 mg·mL^-1 （r=0.999 9） with an average recovery of 99.2% （RSD=1.8%, n=6）. CONCLUSION： The method is simple, rapid and accurate for the content determination of lovastatin in Xuezhikang capsule.
