摘　　要：目的:推行药物治疗学门诊,促进人性化药学服务的实现。方法:对实现人性化药学服务产生制约的相关问题进行探讨,提出药物治疗学门诊的概念和实施设想。结果与结论:人性化药学服务的实质是药物治疗学关怀,热情服务的同时应更注重为患者提供药学专业服务。设立药物治疗学门诊,由药师依据医师诊断、药物治疗方案和患者情况,进行个体化的、有针对性的、附带有审查性质的药物治疗学"诊治"是实现人性化药学服务的有效途径。OBJECTIVE： To carry out outpatient pharrnacotherapeutics in order to promote humanized pharmaceutical care. METHODS： Relevant problems which restricted humanized pharmaceutical case were investigated. The concept and assumption of outpatient pharmacotherapeutics were put forward. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： Pharmacotherapeutics care is the core of humanized pharmaceutical. Enthusiastic service is important and professional pharmaceutical care should be applied. Outpatient pharmacotherapeutics, including individualized, nichetargeting and audits care in accordance with clinical diagnosis, therapeutic regimen and the condition of patient, is the effective way to bring about humanized pharmaceutical care.
