玻璃池窑保温设计中隔热度与外表面温度关系探讨

摘　　要：本文针对玻璃池窑内壁温度、窑体部位以及环境温度之间的各种不同关系，利用分步逐次拟合的数值计算方法，推导出隔热度与外表面温度关系的显性经验公式，并由此得出隔热度与表面散热热流的相应关系式，方便了保温设计计算。The relations among the inside wall temperature,each part of the furnace body and the environment temperature in a glass furnace are described in this paper.Then by the numerical method of step fitting,the explicit formula for the relation between the heat insulation degree and the outer surface temperature is induced.Another formula for the dissipated heat flow from surface is also induced.
