我国高等教育财政投入问题探析

摘　　要：1999年扩招以来,我国高等教育规模发展迅速,但在高等教育财政投入方面还存在国家财政性高等教育经费投入不足,高等教育经费投入结构不合理,高等教育财政拨款模式欠科学等问题,通过增加政府对高等教育的投入,多渠道筹措高等教育经费,改革高等教育财政拨款模式等策略,可以促进这些问题顺利解决。Since the enrollment expansion in 1999,the scale of our higher education has developed rapidly.But there are still problems in the financial investment in higher education,such as the funding inadequacy of national finance in higher education,the irrational of funding structure in higher education,the unscientific of higher education funding model.There are strategies which can contribute to the successful solution of these problems,for instance,increasing government investment in higher education,raising higher education funding from multi-channel and reforming higher education funding model and so on.
