摘　　要：文章对包头市钢铁、电力、铝业、稀土和机械制造五大优势产业集群的发展方向进行了分析,认为产业集群发展应当立足于比较优势和竞争优势,优势产业集群发展应当立足于产业链的分工和产业生态化,进而提出了包头市优势产业集群产业链的构造以及产业生态化的对策建议。This paper analyzes the development direction of the five advantageous industrial clusters in Baotou such as iron and steel,electricity,aluminum industry,rare earth and machine manufacturing.The authors believe that the development of industrial clusters should base on comparative advantages and competitive advantages.The development of advantageous industrial clusters should have a foothold on the industrial chain division and industrial ecology.This paper proposes some suggestions on the structure of industrial chain of the advantageous industrial clusters in Baotou and the countermeasures of industrial ecology.
