摘　　要：从缺乏科学合理的规划设计,土地资源浪费严重;大搞"形象工程"、"政绩工程",忽视发展生产;编制村庄建设规划的力量薄弱,规划依法性较弱等方面分析我国新农村建设规划存在的问题。同时,提出新农村建设规划应从实际出发,立足当前农民所迫切需要解决的问题;坚持因地制宜的原则,塑造村庄特色;切实保护好耕地,科学规划新农村建设用地等几点建议。To analyzes the problems of China′s new rural construction planning,from the lack of scientific and rational planning and design,Serious waste of land resources;went in for ＂image projects＂,＂achievement projects＂ and ignored the development of production;the weakness of the strength on the preparation of the village construction planning,the weakness of planning according to the law,etc.At the same time to put forward to the suggestions,such as proceeding from reality,based on the current urgent need for farmers to solve the problem;Holding on environment-concerned treatment and shaping characteristics of the village;effectively protecting farmland,the scientific planning of new rural construction land,and so on.
