摘　　要：目的:评估深圳市妇幼保健院住院患者第二类精神药品的用药情况,为临床管理和合理用药提供参考。方法:对我院2006—2008年第二类精神药品应用金额、用量、用药频度等进行统计和分析。结果:我院第二类精神药品消耗金额和用量逐年上升,我院住院患者用药频度较高的依次为盐酸曲马多注射液、苯巴比妥钠注射液、地西泮注射液。结论:应合理应用精神药品,减轻患者负担。OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the utilization of the second category psychotropic drugs in the inpatients of our hospital so as to provide references for clinical management and rational administration of this kind of drugs. METHODS ： The use of the second category psychotropic drugs in the inpatients of our hospital during 2006-2008 were analyzed statistically in respect of the consumption sum, consumption quantity and DDDs etc. RESULTS： The use of the second category psychotropic drugs in our hospital increased year by year in both consumption sum and consumption quantity. Leading the first three places in DDDs were Tramadol Hydrochloride Injection, Phenobarbitol Sodium Injection and Diazepam Injection. CONCLUSION： It is important to use psychotropic drugs rationally to reduce the burden of patients.
