摘　　要：目的:通过统计分析2009年北京朝阳医院加强门诊处方质量监控力度以来发现的化学药不合格处方常见的问题,评价提高门诊处方质量的措施是否有效,为进一步改善监控制度提供依据。方法:统计2009年1—12月门诊新的处方质量监控制度实施后的门诊化学药不合格处方发生率,并针对出现的问题进行分析。结果:在新监控措施实施前期针对适应证不符的处方占不合格处方百分比月最高为30.77%,实施后期月最低为3.70%。结论:处方质量监管制度的改革取得一定成效,并对改善监管制度提出合理化建议。OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the outcomes of the measures taken to improve the quality of prescriptions through a statistical analysis on the common problems existing in the unqualified prescriptions of pharmaceutical chemicals since 2009 when the quality control on the outpatient prescriptions in our hospital was strengthened for references in improving monitoring system.METHODS：The disqualification rate of the outpatient prescriptions of pharmaceutical chemicals since 2009 when the quality control on the outpatient prescriptions in our hospital was analyzed statistically and the problems encountered were analyzed.RESULTS：In the initial stage of enforcement of the new monitoring measures aimed at the inconformity in indications,the disqualification rate was the highest at 30.77% monthly,but reduced to a low rate of 3.70% in the later stage.CONCLUSION：The reform on the monitoring system of prescription quality is somewhat effective,meanwhile,reasonable suggestions for improvement of the monitoring system have been posed.
