黄山药不同物候期薯蓣皂甙元含量变化规律研究

摘　　要：本文主要研究黄山药(Dioscorea panthaica)不同物候期薯蓣皂甙元的消涨规律.分析了各物候期薯蓣皂甙元含量与根茎产量和著蓣皂甙元产量的关系,提出了采挖根茎的最佳时期,对生产有重要指导意义.Dioscorea panthaica is one of the most important medicinal plants extracting diosgenine, but the natural resources is scared. Based on a large area of artificial cultivation,in effort to understand the diosgenine change regularity and to inquire into rational collection period the study was conducted in the Dagou watershed,Maoxian County,Sichuan,China. Diosgenine content,new rhizome growth volume, new dry weight output and diosgenine output of the plant with phenological phases were monitored, and The relation among them with phenological phases were analyzed,The rational collection was suggested in the end of withering period and dormancy period.
