摘　　要：无纸化、数字化是电子病历发展方向。以中山市人民医院电子病历无纸化归档存储研究为例,探讨电子病历无纸化归档存储的模式与具体方案,分析这种存储模式的优势,以及来自于系统集成等方面的问题与困难,总结其应用效果,指出无纸化归档存储具有明显的经济、管理、社会效益。Paperless and digitalization is the development trend of electronic medical records. Taking Zhongshan People＇s Hospital as an example which has studied paperless electronic medical records archive storage, the paper discusses the mode and the specific im- plementation program to realize paperless electronic medical records archive storage, analyzes the advantages of the storage mode and problems and the difficulties emerging from integrated system, summarizes the application effects, points out that utilizing paperless medical records archive storage would bring obvious economic, management and social benefits.
