利用Histcite的人胚胎干细胞引文编年图主要路径分析

摘　　要：采用可视化软件Histcite对人胚胎干细胞文献生成可视化引文编年图,将其生成的矩阵导入Histcite描述该领域研究的主要路径,揭示其发展历程,即胚胎干细胞的来源、培养、诱导与分化、多能性的维持。Applying visualization software Histcite to generate the visualized citation chronological chart for documents of human embryonic stem cell , the resulting matrix is imported into Histcite so as to describe the main path in this research field. The paper reveals the development history, namely the origin, cell culture, induction and differentiation, the maintenance of pluripotency of embryonic stem cell.
