摘　　要：图书馆的日益网络化拓展了参考咨询服务的深度和广度,技术环境的改变给馆员和用户带来便利的同时也引发了隐私权保护的新问题。列举网络参考咨询服务中涉及用户隐私的领域、不安全因素、隐私侵权的可能环节,并提出保护用户隐私权的策略,包括加快制定相关法律、制定图书馆内部保密制度、加强用户自我保护意识和网络监管等方面。The growing expansion in the depth and scope of reference consultation service is due to the increasingly networked library. The change of technical environment brings convenience both to librarians and users, at the same time also produces new problems on protecting privacy. The paper lists related fields to user privacy, insecurity factors, the possible links of privacy infringement in online reference consulting service, proposes the tactics to protect user privacy, including accelerating formulating relevant laws and legislation, drawing up internal secrecy system in library, reinforcing self - protection consciousness of users, enhancing network supervision, etc.
