神经内镜下手术治疗外伤性脑室内出血42例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨神经内镜在外伤性脑室内出血治疗中的临床价值。方法应用神经内镜治疗42例外伤性脑室内出血,镜下于脑室内留置引流管,术后注入尿激酶清除残留血肿。分析患者出院时情况。结果出院时GOS评分,24例良好,9例中残,5例重残,4例死亡。结论神经内镜清除外伤性脑室内血肿是一种微创、有效的技术。Objective To study the clinical value of endoscopic surgery for the treatment of traumatic intraventricular hemorrhage.Methods 42 patients with TIVH were operated with neuroendoscope,the tube of external ventricular drainage were inserted in ventricles under guiding of necuroendoscope and thrombolytic therapy by urokinase were used to clear residual hematoma postoperation.Status on discharge of all cases were analysed.Results The therapeutic outcome according to GOS scores in these 42 cases were as follows：24 of them were fine,9 moderately disabled,5 seriously disabled,and 4 dead.Conclusion The endoscopic surgery for TIVH was an effective and safe technology.
