摘　　要：针对视频监控中构建高可靠性的系统和大量视频数据的传输问题,设计了以TMS320DM642芯片为核心,结合TVP5150A&SAA7105视频编解码芯片的视频网络监控系统。介绍了DM642芯片的具体结构和DSP/BIOS系统设计,详细阐述了系统的硬件设计,微型驱动程序的开发以及软件模块的实现。结合实际设计中碰到的问题并给出解决方法,最后在此基础上简要介绍了系统的应用前景以及功能扩展。Aimed at design of high reliable video monitor systems and the problems of large video data transmission, a video network monitoring system is designed. The system based on TMS320DM642 chip as the core and combined with TVP5150A and SAA7105 chips as the video decoder/encoder. The specific structure of DM642 chip and DSP/BIOS system design are described. The design of the system hardware, microdriver development and realization of software modules are detailed. In the final, some solutions are given for the problems encountered in the actual design, then the system of future applications and expansion capabilities are introduced.
