中型载货汽车变速器结构优化设计

摘　　要：以中型载货汽车变速器为例,以减重为目标,变速器的基本设计参数为设计变量,并且根据变速器结构特点和设计要求建立约束条件,从而建立变速器优化的数学模型。然后,利用MATLAB的优化工具箱,结合序列二次规划法(SQP),通过调用fmincon函数,对变速器作结构优化,并取得良好的优化效果,提高了设计效率,降低了企业的生产成本。Taking the gearbox of medium truck for example,according the structure and design characteristics of the gearbox,the mathematical model of optimization is established which take the basic design parameters of gearbox as the design variable and take losing weight as the target.Then,using MATLAB optimization tool box and the SQP method,the gearbox is optimized by calling fmincon function,and good optimization results is achieved.So the efficiency of the design is enhanced and the production cost of enterprises is reduced.
