摘  要:采用超临界水浸渍法制备了系列负载型脱硫剂,主要考察了超临界水制备条件对制得的脱硫剂脱硫性能的影响。实验结果表明:超临界水浸渍法是一种较好的新型脱硫剂制备方法,超临界水的温度和活性组分前驱体的溶液浓度是两个主要的影响因素;制得的MnO2/-γAl2O3脱硫剂在300~550℃下表现出好的脱硫精度和稳定性,550℃时性能更佳。A series of MnO2/γ-Al2O3 desulfurizers were prepared by supercritical water impregnation method.Preparation conditions in supercritical water and desulfurization performance of desulfurizer were investigated.The results show that the supercritical water impregnation method was feasible and suitable to prepare desulfurizer for removing H2S from hot coal gas.The temperature of supercritical water and solution concentration of active component precursor were the main factors influencing the properties of desulfurizer.MnO2/γ-Al2O3 obtained by supercritical water impregnation method presented good desulfurization performance in the sulfidation temperature range of 300 to 550℃.The highest desulfurization efficiency and the longest sulfidation time of desulfurizer were obtained at 550℃.
