摘  要:针对水库群-河网系统中水量水质的联合调配问题,以水库群联合调度的大系统分解-协调模型为基础,综合考虑河网环境需水和供水水质的不同要求,建立了水库群-河网水资源联合调配模型.通过水质模型计算河网达到不同目标功能水质的需水量,将该需水量作为用水需求反馈给水库群系统进行水量水质协调优化.水质模型求解采用非线性迎风差分格式,水库群-河网模型迭代求解采用大系统分解-协调对偶迭代技术.应用结果表明,所建模型及其求解方法可行有效,并已成为区域水量水质联合调配的重要技术基础.For the water quantity and quality problems of reservoir group-net river system,a joint allocation and operation model was established base on the decomposition—coordination method on reservoir group with different water quality demands of net rivers.The demands were computed by the water quality model and fed back to the reservoir group model to optimize the water resources in the reservoir group-net river system.The water quality model was solved by use of the nonlinear upwind difference scheme,and the joint reservoir group-net river model was computed by the dual iteration technique of large scale system.The results of application cases show the feasibility and effectiveness of the models.Those provide basic technical support for the joint operation of regional water quantity and quality.
