摘 要:曲柄压力机的摩擦离合器制动器存在发热、不可靠等问题。在分析问题原因的基础上,说明了发热量与转速的关系式,提出了临界速度的判定方法,制定了用开关磁阻电机驱动压力机、以临界速度为基准进行调速、变速和PID软控制运行的改进方案,并进行了实例验证。结果表明,改进后,连续单次运行90min,离合器制动器的温升低于60℃。对于离合器轴转速高于临界速度的场合,无离合器化机型彻底解决了离合器制动器存在的问题。The problem of overheating and fallibility is exist in the friction clutch brake in crank press.On foundation of analysis of the reason,the relationship between heat value and rotating speed is explained.The method of determining critical speed is proposed.The improvement solution is pointed out that the presses are driven by switched reluctance motor and the running situation of regulating speed,variable speed and PID gentle control speed are controlled by taking the critical speed as datum.The practice example is tested.The results show that the rising temperature of clutch brake is below 60℃ after 90min on continuous single running after the improvement solution is applied.For the rotating speed of clutch brake is higher than the critical speed,the problem of clutch brake is solved thoroughly by the type of no-clutch.
