圆坯连铸机改造生产小方坯的生产实践

摘　　要：文章详细叙述了包钢炼钢厂圆坯铸机生产小方坯所做的改造,以及生产HPB235钢种采用的控制参数以及生产过程中出现的问题和采取的措施。通过实践我们解决了生产中出现的问题,成功地将150 mm×150 mm小方坯生产纳入圆坯铸机正常生产工艺流程,为公司调整产品结构做出了贡献。In the paper,it is recounted the reform for manufacturing billets with round billet conticaster in Steel-melting Plant of Baotou Steel,the control parameters adopted for producing HPB235 steel as well as the problems and measures in the production.The problems in production are solved through experiences and the production of 150 mm×150 mm billets was brought into normal production process flow of round billet conticaster successfully,which make contribution for adjusting product structure for the company.
