摘 要:以电熔棕刚玉颗粒(8-5 mm、5-3 mm、3-1 mm、1-0 mm),电熔白刚玉细粉(≤0.074 mm),电熔镁砂细粉(≤0.074 mm),活性α-Al2O3微粉为主要原料,配制成电熔镁砂加入量(质量分数)分别为1%、2%、3%、4%、5%的试样。试样经180℃,24 h烘干后,分别于1 100℃,3 h,1 600℃,3 h处理,测定处理后试样的体积密度、显气孔率、耐压强度以及线变化率,并做1 600℃,6 h的抗渣侵蚀实验。结果表明:随着电熔镁砂加入量的增加,试样线变化率增大,体积密度下降,显气孔率增加,抗渣渗透性增强,耐压强度与抗渣侵蚀性有先增大后降低的趋势。根据实验结果研制的铝镁砖在钢厂使用取得了良好的效果。Samples of alumina-magnesia bricks used on steel ladle with fused magnesite fines(mass fraction of 1%,2%,3%,4% and 5%) were prepared with brown fused corundum particles(granularity of 8~5 mm,5~3 mm,3~1 mm and1~0 mm),white fused corundum fines(≤0.074 mm),fused magnesite fines(≤0.074 mm) and active α-Al2O3 micropowders.After drying at 180 ℃ for 24 h,samples were fired at 1 100 ℃ for 3 h and 1 600 ℃ for 3 h respectively,then the volume density,apparent porosity,compression strength and linear rate of change for the samples were tested as well as the corrosion tests of slag resistance at 1 600 ℃ for 3 h were carried out.The results indicated with the increase of addition level for fused magnesite,the linear rate of change increased,volume density decreased,apparent porosity increased,anti-slag permeability was enhanced as well as compression strength and the corrosion resistance to slag were with the trend of decrease after increase.It has achieved favorable results since the developed alumina-magnesia bricks were used on steel ladle.
